Like father, like son
His father built and glazed the tallest greenhouse in the world at the time: the Tropical Plant Center in Naaldwijk. When John walked through it as a nine-year-old boy, he already knew: I want this too! He worked for over fifteen years with his father and other greenhouse builders and learned all the tricks of the trade. In 2006 he started his own business with HS Tuinbouw Service B.V. and together with his team has developed this into a renowned company with customers all over the world.
